I have 2 Techniques for the Graphics:

1. Full Color Graphics on Wood Core -

Choose any image including full color. Special wood is used that has a coating to accept heat activated ink. I print the graphic with a sublimation printer and then heat press into the coating. Registration marks are used to laser cut the wood to shape, either die cut or a basic shape. The coating is water resistant, but the wood itself is not meant to be wet.

2.  Laser Engraved on Wood or Acrylic Core - 

All wood grain and metallic acrylic pins are laser engraved and cut. The images can only be silhouette or svg images. Only the acrylic is a waterproof option.

I charge $0.75 ea pin for an average size of 1.25in, if you would like larger there is a slight upcharge. Mini pins are sold in packs of 20 for $5 for an average size of 0.5in.

Your stickers are really thick, what do you do?

I use koala printable vinyl and then majority of the time I laminate them. Some applications don't require lamination and the sticker will be more flexible without lamination.

• The lamination makes the sticker water resistant, but I still recommend hand washing.
• Tip: The ink can fade in direct sun over time, they are not meant for outdoor application in full sun.

Choose any image including full color. Special tumbler is used that has a coating to accept heat activated ink. I print the graphic with a sublimation printer and then heat press into the coating. The tumbler is always white based because that is required to accept heat infused ink.

2. Laser Engraved Tumbler -

Using powder coated tumbler the laser removes the color revealing the shinny tumbler below in the shape of your graphic. The images can only be silhouette or svg images.

Note: I keep several tumblers in stock. If you are looking for a specific tumbler type, my best resource is makerflo.com. I can use any of there tumblers with my equipment.
